DELIVERY
We aim to send orders out within 7 days ( up to a week longer for powder coated items ) and use a 24hr delivery service where possible. In the case of Mighty Plate rack and multiple product purchases a 48hr service may be used.
Our products are sent with Elite Logistics using Fed Ex. You will receive a tracking number where you will have the option of changing delivery details and adding further delivery instructions.
Delivery will be attempted twice and then a calling card will be left if no one is in. Alternatively deliveries can be left with a neighbour or in a safe place if this is preferable.
For international orders we aim to send out within a week (up to a week longer for powder coated items) and delivery may take 5-7 days.
RETURNS

We want you to be really happy with your order, but we know occasionally you may want to return an item. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from the day in which you physically receive the product for a full refund ( excluding original delivery fees).
If however you are returning a faulty product, we will also refund the postage cost.
